Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of litigation, from inception through trial preparation
- Draft pleadings, discovery documents, and motions
- Take and defend depositions
- Develop and execute legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
- Represent clients in court and at trial as needed
- Collaborate with a team of skilled attorneys to provide exceptional client service
Key Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of civil litigation experience
- Ability to handle all aspects of litigation, including trial preparation
- Strong academic record and demonstrated excellence in legal writing
- Exceptional advocacy skills with a drive to achieve positive outcomes in court
- Admitted to practice law in New York State
